Service Writer; Powersports

Redhead Equipment, has an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor at our North Battleford branch.

The Service Advisor is the heartbeat of a fast‑paced service department. The Service Advisor will provide administrative support to our service department by opening and closing work orders, collecting invoices, processing payments, and assisting with warranty and payroll administration.

• Diligent and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Solid understanding of Agriculture, Truck, and Construction equipment
• Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude
• Must be customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Above average computer skills
• Assist customers with inquiries and processing payments

• A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Attention to detail and strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Administrative experience is considered an asset, however we are excited to train the right individual who fits well within our team and is eager to grow within our organization.
