The Jordans Principle Procurement Clerk will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager with administrative and financial tasks. Procurement clerks play a vital role in managing purchasing activities, ensuring efficient acquisition of goods and services and maintaining accurate records. Handle the administrative aspects of purchasing goods and services for Jordans Principle.

• Manage procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management to ensure timely supply of goods procured.
• Utilize accounting software systems such as SAGE to process purchase orders, track inventory levels, and update procurement records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to optimize costs and delivery schedules.
• Assist in the evaluation of vendors and maintain supplier performance records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and facilitate effective communication across supply chain functions.

• Must have a diploma from an accredited post‑secondary institute in office administration and/or an equivalent combination of a minimum of 2-3 years of work‑related experience.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, pricing strategies, and negotiation techniques.
