Drive dealer success remotely as an Aftersales Commercial Manager. Support AGCO parts and services through business planning, operational efficiency, and training initiatives.
As a crucial member of the team, your role involves coordinating structured business plans tailored for dealers to boost performance. You will analyze service metrics and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency and profitability. Additionally, you will support warranty management and facilitate new product introductions to ensure dealer readiness for market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate facilitation of dealer business plans
• Resolve operational complaints regarding parts
• Analyze and improve service operational efficiency
• Support warranty and audit processes
• Assist in launching new products and training
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in aftermarket support
• Degree in agricultural tech, marketing, or business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Valid driver’s license, OEM or dealership experience
• Willingness to travel 2-3 nights weekly
