Join Canpotex as an Analyst focused on Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes. Utilize your analytical skills to drive operational efficiencies and support strategic transformations.
In this position, you'll develop the continuous improvement framework in line with corporate objectives. You'll lead process mapping efforts, provide expertise on IT systems, and recommend priorities for enhancements. Essential growth opportunities exist through training and knowledge-sharing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop process improvement frameworks aligned with corporate goals
• Map current and future operational processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert for system enhancements
• Identify workflow improvements in company policies
• Maintain and evaluate KPIs related to system impacts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years in supply chain or operations roles
• Familiarity with logistics and business analysis is advantageous
• Strong background in emerging technologies integration
• Ability to drive efficiencies within the supply chain
