Availability: Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

About the opportunity:
The Technical Operations Intern will play a vital role in supporting our Technical Account Management team. This position offers hands‑on experience in project management, data analysis, content management, and process improvement initiatives, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Technical Account Management operations.
What you’ll get to do:
Project Management & Reporting:
- Assist the organization and in the execution of monthly and quarterly Performance Reviews, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Support the planning and execution of projects to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of governance documentation, ensuring adherence to established processes.
- Provide required support for steady‑state activities, such as the maintenance of the TAM Scorecard, to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with leaders to help develop, refresh, and publish engaging content for the TAM Tile on the Global CS Page in Confluence, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information for stakeholders.
Enablement & Training Support:
- Assist in the development and development of enablement sessions to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Skills and experience we value:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications:
Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams - Strong knowledge of ChatGPT including how to create and deliver custom GPTs.
- Working towards bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Business or engineering or a related field
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Critical thinker with strong problem‑solving and research proficiencies
- Excellent communication skills and confident presence
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the skills to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions and strong working relationships across tax teams
