As a Senior Program Coordinator, you will operate under the supervision of the CEO, focusing on document management, internal and external communications, and stakeholder interactions.
Your role will involve evaluating data collection methods and implementing new strategies for statistical analysis. You'll also be tasked with supervising staff and leading project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce internal and external communication materials
• Manage stakeholder partnerships effectively
• Lead conferences, awards, and special project planning
• Oversee staff and provide necessary support
• Evaluate and implement data collection processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or similar
• Outstanding oral and written communication capabilities
• Proven proficiency with various software tools
• In-depth knowledge of Métis culture and history
• Preference for candidates with experience in similar roles
