This key role focuses on developing a continuous improvement framework while supporting various operational initiatives. With a degree in Engineering or Business and three to five years of relevant experience, you’ll work collaboratively to analyze workflows and implement effective improvements. Your impact will extend globally as Canpotex continues to provide essential fertilizer nutrients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead current and future state process mapping

• Support IT projects with operational expertise

• Review processes to identify improvement opportunities

• Develop training programs for continuous learning

• Evaluate technologies for business process integration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant field

• 3-5 years in supply chain or operations management

• Familiarity with logistics and business analysis

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt to non-traditional hours
