Become a pivotal player in the agriculture sector with Win Field United Canada as a Market Development Manager. This role combines agronomy and customer engagement in a dynamic work environment.
As the Market Development Manager, you will liaise with retail sellers and farmers to inspire demand for proprietary ag products. You will provide critical agronomic training and technical support while collaborating with teams across the company. Your work will include a mix of customer interaction, field trials, and effective use of digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster demand for proprietary agricultural brands
• Provide essential agronomic and technical training
• Collaborate with internal teams for strategic messaging

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture; 5+ years of customer-facing experience
• Keen interest in agronomy and retail relationships

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis
• Ability to lift weights and travel as required
