Canpotex is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst for its Sales and Operations Planning team. This role focuses on process mapping, system enhancements, and delivering training programs. Contributing to supply chain optimization, you will assess needs, set project priorities, and maintain KPIs to drive operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a continuous improvement framework aligned with corporate goals
• Lead process mapping for operational transitions
• Act as a subject matter expert for system enhancements
• Conduct needs assessments to prioritize projects
• Create and maintain KPIs for system efficacy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or operations
• Familiarity with logistics and business analysis is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
