As a Product Manager at nesto, you will oversee the integration of AI into mortgage workflows, enhancing productivity in sales, underwriting, and servicing. Collaborate with machine learning engineers and business stakeholders to deliver a well-defined roadmap.
Your role will focus on key performance metrics to improve throughput, decision time, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define PRDs and product specifications for AI features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for roadmap delivery
• Monitor and improve critical performance metrics
• Integrate feedback loops between AI outputs and user input
• Recommend strategies for AI evolution in mortgage origination
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in a product management or consulting role
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency with AI tools in product development
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive decisions
• Experience in mortgage services preferred
