The Facility Operations Coordinator is integral to maintaining SIIT’s physical environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely. With a blend of technical skills and administrative oversight, you will handle maintenance schedules, inspections, and record-keeping efficiently.
Your role also includes developing security procedures and responding to emergencies to uphold compliance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform efficient preventive maintenance for facilities
• Manage electronic records and safety inspection reports
• Coordinate daily cleaning service operations
• Respond to safety and equipment issues promptly
• Research and implement security industry best practices
Requirements:
• Diploma related to commercial maintenance
• Minimum 5 years of applicable experience
• Valid driver’s license for required travel
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical fitness to handle diverse tasks
