Proposal Bid Specialist; Staffing Industry

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Bid Specialist with a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry to support our company in identifying, preparing, and submitting winning proposals for government and public-sector opportunities across Canada.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Canadian procurement platforms and understands staffing-related RFPs, RFQs, standing offers, vendor registrations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant staffing and recruitment opportunities through Canadian public-sector procurement platforms and tender portals
• Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements and submission criteria
• Prepare, write, edit, and submit high-quality proposals and bid responses
• Coordinate collection of supporting documents, resumes, references, certifications, and compliance materials
• Develop reusable proposal templates and response libraries
• Ensure all submissions meet deadlines and procurement standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather operational and technical information
• Track bid opportunities, submissions, and outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience writing and managing proposals for staffing or recruitment companies
• Strong understanding of Canadian government and public-sector procurement processes
• Experience using procurement portals, tendering systems, and bid management platforms
• Excellent business writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and deadline management
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
