Business Analyst (Level
2) Qualifications
This individual must have a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst for Level 2, supporting business transformation initiatives in an IM/IT environment. The individual will have:
- Experience working on medium to large scale transformation project/initiative/program with multi-step business processes affecting IM/IT
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development; including Power Apps Portal, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams, and Azure Dev Ops
- Experience with documentation and analysis of process models, workflow diagrams, business requirements, test scenarios and test cases
- Experience analyzing current (as-is) processes and developing target (to-be) processes
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization including Senior Leadership Teams
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
French is considered an asset
