This Transition Associate role involves directly supporting the onboarding of new advisors. You will engage in preparing documentation, managing workflows, and tracking progress on advisor transitions. Your strong organizational skills will ensure quality client service and adherence to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and finalize account documentation for onboarding
• Track workflow and manage documentation delivery
• Communicate and implement corrections as required
• Complete metric reporting and update tracking tools
• Oversee transfer processes for accuracy and completion
Requirements:
• Business administration or finance education preferred
• 1+ years in a client-facing role
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office and relevant technologies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
