Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist Volunteer Jamaica

Contribute to impactful monitoring and evaluation initiatives as a Volunteer Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist in Kingston, Jamaica. This role begins in July 2026 and lasts six months.

Collaborate with the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica to enhance its M&E capabilities and governance structures. As a volunteer, you will create and implement innovative M&E tools that effectively demonstrate PSOJ’s impact to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design M&E plans and tracking tools for organizational impact

• Develop governance plans aligned with strategic objectives

• Conduct needs assessments to analyze operational status

• Lead training sessions to foster team development

• Work collaboratively on comprehensive business planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business administration

• Proven problem-solving skills and initiative

• Strong familiarity with strategic planning processes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in training and team collaboration
