This position requires collaboration with the Plant Manager and leadership team, where your 2-4 years of procurement experience will shine. You will spearhead RFP processes, oversee contract negotiations, and manage supply inventories. Continuous engagement with cross-functional teams will be vital in achieving compliant and effective procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RFP processes from inception to contracting

• Negotiate various supplier agreements for the organization

• Ensure timely procurement of manufacturing resources

• Collaborate with managers to review inventory supplies

• Analyze savings opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant procurement experience

• Strong background in business administration or related fields

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
