As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will develop and maintain frameworks to align with corporate objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading process mapping initiatives, acting as the Operations subject matter expert, and recommending project priorities based on needs assessments. Additionally, you'll create training programs for continuous learning and evaluate the integration of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of continuous improvement frameworks
• Conduct current and future state process mapping
• Provide expertise for smaller IT projects
• Review and improve operational processes and workflows
• Document best practices for use of Canpotex systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain roles
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or business analysis is preferred
• Experience with KPIs related to process impact
• Knowledge of emerging technologies for business integration
