In this key role within Business Development & Marketing, you will emphasize strategic writing, clear messaging, and compliance while aligning with Buttcon's policies. Collaborating with subject matter experts and leadership, you'll craft persuasive narratives for Design-Build, Construction Management, and Stipulated Price projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search procurement portals for new business opportunities
• Plan and coordinate large, multi-stakeholder proposals
• Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings with compliance matrices
• Ensure proposal content aligns with Buttcon branding
• Review solicitation documents and develop compliance matrices
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of proposal writing experience in AEC
• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe In Design
• Understanding of RFP processes and evaluation methodologies
• Post-secondary education in Marketing or related field
