In this position, you will report to the Executive Director while leading various initiatives aimed at enhancing immigration and settlement strategies. The role demands a proactive approach in building partnerships, supervising engagement efforts, and analyzing performance to promote resilience in Saskatchewan’s healthcare workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead engagement initiatives for retention and settlement
• Establish collaborations with communities and health professionals
• Implement data-driven decision-making and reporting processes
• Oversee immigration support and engagement workflows
• Manage risk and ensure continuous improvement across strategies
Requirements:
• University Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in community engagement
• Strong skills in leadership and stakeholder relations
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Flexibility for travel and off-hours work
