As a Consultant, you will focus on enhancing office performance by creating specific action plans and visiting dealerships consistently.
Your role involves training Financial Service Managers using the PACT/Lean method while facilitating the integration of key corporate tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop customized action plans according to dealership goals
• Conduct regular visits to strengthen dealer relationships
• Train Financial Service Managers on PACT/Lean methods
• Support integration of Unifi 2.0 and corporate resources
• Perform necessary administrative and compliance tasks
Requirements:
• 5+ years of consulting experience in automotive dealerships
• Strong client service focus and adaptability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teaching ability
• Deep knowledge of dealership operations and sales processes
• Capability to formulate knowledge transfer strategies
