Overview
The Business Operations & Performance Manager leads sales analytics, contract management, and provides forecasting and commercial operations support across Quarter hill’s Safety and Enforcement division. This role owns the integrity, reconciliation, and reporting of sales, pipeline, and revenue data across CRM, ERP, and internal systems, ensuring a consistent and reliable view of business performance. As a key partner to Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Legal, the role delivers timely, actionable insights to support decision‑making.

It also supports contract bid coordination, reviews commercial agreements for risk and compliance, and contributes to overall contract governance. This position combines strategic analysis with hands‑on execution—managing reporting cycles, validating and challenging inputs, resolving data discrepancies, and driving accountability for data quality. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and financial capabilities, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while constructively challenging assumptions.

Responsibilities
Business Performance Management & Analytics

Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators, including sales, revenue trends, pipeline health, and operational metrics.

Reconcile and validate data across CRM, ERP, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Conduct variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Deliver actionable insights to support decision‑making and improve business performance.

Maintain and enhance reporting processes, ensuring strong data governance and integrity.

Executive Reporting & Forecasting

Support executive and Board reporting with accurate, timely performance insights.

Support sales and revenue forecasting, including analysis of pipeline activity and forecast accuracy.

Consolidate, reconcile, and validate data across CRM, ERP, and other reporting systems.

Coordinate cross‑functional inputs and maintain reporting timelines and data integrity.

Contract Management & Commercial Support

Review contracts, amendments, and commercial agreements to identify operational, financial, and legal risks.

Prepare clear contract summaries and recommendations for leadership review.

Support and coordinate bid submissions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.

Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations) to support contract execution and governance.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Legal teams to support reporting and commercial activities.

Drive accountability for data quality, forecasting inputs, and commercial deliverables across teams.

Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support senior leadership decision‑making.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, finance, commercial operations, forecasting, contract management, or a related role.

Experience supporting leadership and business planning processes.

Experience working across multiple systems and reconciling data for reporting accuracy.

Experience with contract review, commercial analysis, forecasting, or bid processes is preferred.

Technical Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and ERP systems (Net Suite preferred).

Strong data reconciliation, validation, and reporting capabilities across multiple systems.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and developing executive‑level reporting materials.
