Hiring Salary Range: $70,304k - $87,152k / yr.

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conducts thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develops detailed business cases, project plans, and requirements documentation.
• Works closely with IT and development teams to design and implement technology solutions.
• Facilitates meetings and workshops to drive consensus and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Provides expert guidance on industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Monitors and evaluate project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
• May support junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Utilizes data analytics to identify trends, generate insights, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develops and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboard solutions to track key performance indicators.
• Performs cost‑benefit analysis to support investment decisions and project prioritization.
• Assists in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end‑users.
• Ensures the accuracy and integrity of data and information within business systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
  -OR- the equivalent combination of education and experience to demonstrate the ability to perform the essential functions of the position. Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Healthcare IT (e.g., CPHIMS) is highly desirable. Coursework or training in healthcare analytics, data management, and healthcare information systems.
• Continuing education in the latest healthcare industry trends, technologies, and best practices through workshops, seminars, and professional conferences.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in managing and analyzing healthcare data to drive business decisions.
• Experience with healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards such as HIPAA.
• Experience in creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a healthcare organization.
• Proven experience in process improvement, including workflow analysis, process mapping, and re‑engineering.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, including facilitating discussions, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery.
