Step into a leadership role with Dropbox as the Head of Revenue Operations. This position focuses on operational excellence and alignment to drive growth across B2B segments in a Virtual First environment.

In this critical leadership role, you will oversee the operational foundation of Dropbox’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for revenue planning, forecasting, and operational processes across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Dropbox’s end-to-end revenue operating model

• Lead revenue planning, quota setting, and capacity management

• Establish forecasting standards for improved visibility

• Define core revenue KPIs and identify performance gaps

• Partner with Finance on pricing and sales compensation

Requirements:

• 12+ years in Revenue Operations or related roles

• Proven track record with multi-segment B2B organizations

• Expertise in revenue planning and pipeline management

• Strong leadership skills across cross-functional teams

• Experience with significant growth and GTM evolution
