Bros Welding & Services Ltd. is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support industrial and mining projects with a major Saskatchewan client.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a career in project controls, project accounting, cost management, and project delivery. We are willing to train the right candidate and welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds.
You will support project teams with cost tracking, forecasting, reporting, and project administration activities. Working closely with project managers, contractors, site personnel, and finance teams, you'll play an important role in supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Support project setup, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Monitor project costs and assist with budget updates
- Assist with monthly reporting, accruals, and project documentation
- Attend project meetings and support project status reporting
- Maintain project records and documentation
- Provide administrative and reporting support to project teams
- Work collaboratively with operations, finance, contractors, and stakeholders
- Project administration or project coordination
- Accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or office administration
- Operations support or similar business roles
- Post-secondary education in business, accounting, finance, administration, or a related field
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, reporting, accounting systems, or ERP systems is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint is beneficial
Site-based role located in the Lanigan area
Candidates from Lanigan, Humboldt, Saskatoon and surrounding areas are encouraged to apply
Typical schedule is four 10-hour days per week, providing extended weekends
