Position: EY Consulting Resource Management Associate

In this role, you will be an integral member of the EY Canada Resource Management team, providing essential support to leaders in the Consulting vertical. Your expertise in analysis, collaboration, and resource alignment will be critical in enhancing the performance of client-serving professionals. You'll engage in key reporting, coaching, and process improvement initiatives that contribute to a better working world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support RM leaders with scheduling and staffing

• Analyze project needs and match with available resources

• Maintain detailed and accurate project timelines

• Collaborate on process improvements and training

• Generate insightful reports for performance analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

• Strong analytical and interpersonal attributes

• Ability to adapt to evolving priorities
