BHP is looking for a Specialist in Contracts for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity. In this role, you'll be integral to the Jansen Maintenance team, ensuring operational contracts align with strategic goals. Your insight into contract performance and compliance will drive success in project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage contractor performance against KPIs

• Support internal stakeholder engagement in performance management

• Organize essential meetings related to contract performance

• Create and maintain documentation for contractor management

• Implement process improvements for increased efficiency

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in contract management roles

• Experience in contractor management within mining or similar fields

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred

• Understanding of risk management practices
