The Challenge Ahead
As the Principal Project Controls & Analysis (PC&A) – Performance , you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of BHP’s Potash project portfolio. Based in Saskatoon, you will be part of the Jansen Project Controls & Analysis team, helping to drive project performance, enable effective decision-making, and contribute to the successful execution of major capital projects.
This is an opportunity for an experienced project professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving project outcomes through data-driven insights, performance management, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement. You will work across diverse project functions, helping teams navigate complexity while fostering a culture aligned with BHP’s Charter Values.
Key Responsibilities
Apply a strong understanding of business context, project delivery, and BHP’s operating model to improve decision-making, productivity, and project performance.
Lead and support project performance initiatives that generate value and contribute to successful project and program outcomes.
Apply, evaluate, and support change management methodologies, tools, and processes across projects.
Analyze project data and performance information to provide meaningful insights that support project management, governance, and decision-making.
