YMCA Early Childhood Educator Role Midhurst

In this position, you will need a strong foundation in Early Childhood Education or related credentials. Your ability to effectively communicate with families and engage with up to 15 children is crucial. You will plan and implement enriching educational experiences while adapting to the unique needs of every child.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and administer first aid as needed

• Actively supervise children and ensure their safety

• Plan play-based learning activities in accordance with YMCA Curriculum

• Maintain ongoing, positive communication with families

• Foster inclusive settings that cater to all children's needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Up-to-date immunizations per local health standards

• Strong interpersonal skills with families and staff

• Registered or actively progressing towards Early Childhood Educator qualifications
