Become a Before School Program Leader with BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF SASKATOON. This part-time role promotes child development through engaging activities before and after school in a dynamic environment.

BGC Saskatoon is hiring individuals for its Before and After School and Mini Club programs, offering 15-30 hours a week in Saskatoon and surrounding areas. The role involves flexible scheduling during school days, allowing leaders to respond to children's needs while fostering a safe and positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan engaging activities to support children's development

• Ensure safety and well-being while supervising groups

• Communicate regularly with parents for updates and feedback

• Utilize positive behavior management techniques

• Work collaboratively with program staff and schools

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older and eligible to work in Canada

• CPR & First Aid certifications required by law

• CLB Level 6+ communication skills preferred

• Background checks required prior to employment

• Attend mandatory orientation in late August
