The YMCA is looking for an experienced childcare leader to manage daily operations at the Aspen Ridge centre. You will support and coach staff, uphold safety standards, and drive the implementation of the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily centre operations effectively
• Coach staff to deliver top-quality programming
• Ensure compliance with childcare legislation
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Promote a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Educator Level III Certification
• Three years of progressive childcare experience
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation
• Strong organizational and mentoring skills
• Valid driver’s licence and clear Criminal Record Check
