The YMCA is seeking a Childcare Centre Manager with strong leadership skills to maintain high standards at the Aspen Ridge centre. Responsibilities include supervising operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with safety and licensing regulations. Collaborating with families to create an inclusive environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Aspen Ridge childcare team
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for children
• Support and coach staff on program delivery
• Maintain compliance with all childcare regulations
• Build relationships with families and the community
Requirements:
• Level III Early Childhood Educator Certification
• At least three years in childcare leadership
• In-depth knowledge of Saskatchewan childcare laws
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
