In this contract position, you’ll supervise and implement age-appropriate programming that meets YMCA standards. Engaging actively with children, you will provide quality care and mentorship. Ensuring safety and supervision at all times is crucial, alongside completing general administrative tasks to maintain facility cleanliness and compliance with protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement child-centered programming engaging children ages 5-12
• Supervise safely during activities at multiple locations
• Complete attendance records and incident reports accurately
• Keep facilities clean and organized for daily use
• Communicate effectively using technology for scheduling
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Experience with children in volunteer or paid roles
• Reliable transportation for timely shift arrival
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
• First Aid and CPR Level C certification preferred
