As a Childcare Worker at SFFA, you will care for children in foster homes, ensuring their well-being and development. This position involves delivering high-quality childcare, assisting with light housekeeping, and providing transportation for family visits. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing childcare services

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to keep the home organized

• Facilitate transportation for family visits and outings

• Offer emotional support to children and youth

• Maintain effective communication with team members and foster families

Requirements:

• Experience in childcare or related fields

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and recent Criminal Records Check

• Ability to work independently and in a team
