In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 1-3 creative strategists while being the principal strategist for key accounts. Your responsibilities will include developing impactful, research-driven strategies and actively collaborating with clients to understand their brand vision. You will provide creative direction to designers and video editors, ensuring all produced materials align with strategic intents. The ability to analyze creative performance metrics will be essential for refining strategies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and mentor creative strategists
• Introduce innovative working methodologies
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients
• Guide ad production and feedback processes
• Perform creative performance analysis regularly
Requirements:
• Experience in senior creative roles in DTC
• Knowledge of effective DTC advertising techniques
• Proven ability to foster client relationships
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Strong visual and communication skills
