The Kindness and Smile Zone is officially expanding, and we want YOU to join our dedicated podcast team for Stories Behind the Pain & Smiles! Whether you are looking to develop real‑world skills or want to help us amplify powerful stories of resilience, hope, and community wellness, this is your chance to make a difference.

We are looking for passionate, driven, and empathetic youth and young adults to help run our podcast. Roles are flexible based on your interests and include:

• Guest Interviewers & Hosts (conducting interviews, public speaking)
• Media Producers & Editors (editing audio/video, managing behind‑the‑scenes)
• Outreach & Scriptwriters (planning episodes, drafting interview questions)

No prior expert experience is required; we just want your dedication, empathy, and time.

• Global Platform:
  See your work broadcasted to the world on Spotify, You Tube, and other major platforms.
• Skill Development:
  Master public speaking, communication, media production, and hosting.
• Networking:
  Personally interview inspiring individuals and learn firsthand from their experiences.
• Recognition:
  Earn certified volunteer hours, certificates, and strong reference letters for future academic or career goals.
