Join Mountain West Studios as a Photographer for Schools in the Okanagan starting Fall 2026. This seasonal position combines your passion for photography with the joy of capturing student memories in a fun, flexible role.
In this position, you will travel to schools in the Okanagan region to photograph K–12 students. You’ll need to set up and handle professional photography gear while embodying a warm and professional demeanor with students and staff alike. The role requires weekday work during peak seasons, and travel both locally and out of town may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to various schools for student photography sessions
• Operate provided photography equipment expertly
• Interact cheerfully with students and school personnel
• Represent the Mountain West Studios brand positively
• Drive to schools daily and occasionally travel overnight
Requirements:
• Holder of a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
• Strong communication skills in English are essential
• Comfortable engaging with children
• Ability to pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
