Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design initiatives from concept to delivery
• Collaborate on innovative product solutions with teams
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Present and defend designs to stakeholders
• Conduct user research and feedback evaluation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s in design or related field
• 5+ years in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process
• Proficiency with design tools like Sketch and Figma
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
