• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve payment issues

• Accurately process invoices and sales orders daily

• Generate collections reports for management review

• Track shipments and support freight processing

• Collaborate on month-end requirements with the Controller

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in logistics

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields

• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• CPA designation is preferred
