Shape client experiences at Farber as a Financial Client Care Specialist. Engage with clients to resolve their financial concerns and support their proposals effectively in a remote setting.
In this full-time position, you will work from 11am to 7:30pm EST, focusing on understanding clients' unique situations and building feasible payment plans for their proposals. By communicating gracefully and collaborating with team members, you'll ensure clients are informed and compliant throughout their financial journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate on payment status through various channels
• Analyze individual financial situations for tailored plans
• Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions
• Set up and manage payment systems in the database
• Coordinate with the team to enhance administration of proposals
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Customer service experience is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High computer proficiency and teamwork capabilities
