You will focus on performance analysis and management reporting, developing actionable insights that support Sales and Marketing initiatives while mentoring a talented finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing finance team of five members

• Own and manage topline financial metrics and forecasts

• Provide detailed analysis of financial performance trends

• Support the commissioning and forecasting process

• Present operational insights to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience

• Expertise in B2B tech financial strategies

• Strong financial modeling skills

• Experience with financial software like Pigment and Salesforce

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
