Job Description
RBC Dominion Securities, a relationship‑focused investment and wealth management firm that consistently ranks #1 in Canada, is looking for a resourceful, efficient, and collaborative Administrative Assistant to support our Advisor team and deepen client relationships at our Saskatoon branch.

What will you do?

Execute client account administration tasks, including opening, maintaining, and resolving client requests.

Maintain existing client accounts and identify outreach opportunities, ensuring key dates and timelines are managed.

Apply internal controls and industry regulatory requirements to keep client files and documentation accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant.

Respond to client inquiries efficiently (e.g., account transactions, requests, documentation, and reporting).

Update the team’s communication channels (website, Linked In, Facebook, brochures, newsletters) using social media skills.

What do you need to succeed?
Must‑have

Strong skills in working with various business applications/technology.

High level of time management and organization skills.

Demonstrated client‑service skills that are professional, warm, and friendly.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice‑to‑have

Completion of Industry Investment Representative licensing requirements (6‑month requirement if not already obtained).

Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures.

Experience in the securities industry.
