Location: North Battleford
Join Haventree Bank as a Client Services Officer, where your role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and operational efficiency. Support clients with their banking needs in this fast-paced environment.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Client Experience and encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the banking experience. You will manage inquiries, assist with transactions, and troubleshoot digital banking issues while maintaining a focus on compliance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial contact for client inquiries
• Troubleshoot and resolve banking product issues
• Educate clients on self-service and digital banking options
• Record client interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Follow compliance regulations regarding client data
Requirements:
• College diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-2 years in financial services or banking
• Proficient with CRM and digital banking platforms
• Strong communication skills essential
• Bilingual in French and English is preferred
