You will work 15-20 hours weekly, primarily on Saturdays and Sundays. In this role, you will handle payroll, maintain financial records, and perform reconciliations. Your attention to detail will ensure tasks are prioritized and deadlines met, while you support restaurant operations as part of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll and finance with precision
• Prioritize tasks for timely completion
• Enter data and produce weekly financial reports
• Handle cash, debit, credit, and gift card transactions
• Support finance and payroll operations effectively
Requirements:
• Strong prioritization and deadline management skills
• Confidence with numerical data and reconciliations
• Reliability in handling cash deposits
• Professional demeanor in business interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
