Accounting Clerk

Position: Accounting Clerk at YMCA

Proficiency in Quick Books and a background in finance or accounting are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter invoices and expenses into Quick Books

• Perform credit card reconciliations and prepare reports

• Process payments and analyze cash sheets monthly

• Communicate financial details to parents and members

• Assist with administrative support for the Finance Department

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting

• Proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Current Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search
