Position: Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist Role

In this full-time position, you will oversee the accounts receivable cycle, analyze financial data, and generate reports that provide insights for decision-making. Strong communication with customers regarding payments and an eye for detail are crucial for resolving issues and maintaining relationships. Advanced Excel skills are necessary for effective data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full accounts receivable cycle effectively

• Generate aging reports and provide insights

• Communicate effectively with customers on payment matters

• Conduct month-end close activities and reporting

• Support tax analysis and remittance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 2+ years of experience in finance or accounts receivable

• Advanced Excel capabilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in Mandarin preferred for customer communication
