Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review quarterly and annual financial reports

• Perform impairment tests and analysis

• Assist with month-end corporate activities

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of accounting experience required

• Must possess public company reporting experience

• Strong IFRS knowledge and technical skills necessary

• Experience with One Stream and Yardi software

• Excel proficiency and analytical skills essential
