The Cost Controller position involves close collaboration with Project Managers to ensure project budgets and forecasts are consistently monitored and maintained. Key Responsibilities:
• Track costs and report on overall project financial performance
• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis to monitor financial health
• Prepare dashboards for stakeholder reporting
• Assist in procurement and invoice tracking
Requirements:
• 3-10+ years in cost control, project accounting, or project controls
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and cost tracking
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Eco Sys, JDE)
• Experience with earned value management and variance analysis
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to prepare cost reports
