Position: Senior SAP Finance Lead to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
Our valued client is seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP S/4
HANA Finance solutions. This role will lead end-to-end financial processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
Location: Fully Remote (occasional travel required – T&L covered)
Duration: 6 months plus extension
Start Date: ASAP
Security: Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance
Responsibilities
Lead the design and configuration of SAP S/4
HANA Finance (FI/CO) solutionsDefine and implement financial processes including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Cash ManagementConfigure and manage FI/CO master data, including internal orders and financial structuresOversee accounting and closing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulationsSupport financial planning and reporting processesCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutionsEnsure proper configuration of organizational structures, chart of accounts, and financial controlsLead system integration efforts across SAP modules and external systemsSupport testing phases (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilizationProvide leadership, guidance, and best practices to functional and technical teamsMust-Have Qualifications
10+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO)Proven experience leading SAP S/4
HANA Finance implementations or upgradesStrong hands-on configuration experience in:Accounts Payable (AP)General Ledger (GL)Asset AccountingCash ManagementInternal OrdersExperience with accounting and financial closing processesDeep understanding of financial reporting and regulatory complianceStrong experience with SAP HANA Financial Accounting configurationAbility to lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders
