Accounting Associate - Eddid Financial Group

Eddid Financial is seeking a Finance and Accounting Associate to manage crucial financial functions and enhance operations in Canada. Bring your financial reporting and compliance skills to our team.

As an Associate, you'll support the finance team by preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations. This position is ideal for candidates with a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and over three years of brokerage accounting experience. You'll play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and liaising with the compliance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements

• Process accounts payable and payroll accurately

• Support budgeting and financial variance analysis

• Ensure compliance with CRA and Canadian tax laws

• Assist with internal controls and audit processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum 3 years in financial services accounting

• Proficient in Quick Books and advanced Excel

• Solid understanding of Canadian tax and IFRS

• Fluent in English;
Mandarin or Cantonese preferred
