At Sandvik, the Finance and Administration Manager will supervise all finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include leading month-end and year-end closures, optimizing working capital, and delivering comprehensive financial analyses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and implement strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions effectively
• Lead thorough month-end and year-end financial closures
• Provide insightful financial reporting and analysis for management
• Manage collaborations with external agencies and auditors
• Champion process improvement initiatives within finance operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA designation preferred
• 5–7 years of relevant finance experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
